Duties
|
- Support for the planning and operation of educational exchange programs under the University's Global Expansion Project, particularly the Oceanus Plus Program (hereinafter referred to as "this Project") (including domestic and international business trips several times a year as needed).
- We provide academic support and support for procedures for dispatching and accepting students from our university who will be sent to partner universities under this project (particularly universities in China, South Korea, and ASEAN countries) and students from partner universities who will be accepted by our university (mainly in person, by phone, and by email, using English).
- Coordination support for student exchange activities with faculty and staff of partner schools in this project.
- Assistance with tasks such as creating materials using English.
- Other general administrative and miscellaneous tasks.

Qualifications
|
- Must be a junior college or university graduate.
- No problems communicating in Japanese or English (Creating documents and emails in English, participating in meetings in English, etc.).
- Ability to perform basic computer operations (general document processing skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. are a must).
- Ability to create simple layouts and designs when creating presentation materials, posters, and other public relations materials.
- Experience in international student exchange at a university is desirable.
