Professor Hirono isSATREPS project“Creation of domestic fish and shellfish from Thailand and development of fish farming methods aimed at creating world strategic fish”As the principal researcher on the Japanese side, I am developing technology to cultivate Asian sea bass and banana shrimp, which are native to Southeast Asia, with the aim of building a sustainable, environmentally friendly "Kitchen of the world."
