1. Held in two parts international success.
   Due to capacity constraints, parents will not be able to enter the auditorium, but on the day of the ceremony, they will be able to watch the ceremony (live streaming) from a monitor in a separate room on the Etchujima Campus.
2. Faculty and staff may watch from inside the auditorium, but seating is limited. (You may have to stand.)

[For new graduate students]

　Student ID cards and documents necessary for course registration will be issued on the day of the entrance ceremony. Please be sure to bring your acceptance letter (copy or image data from your smartphone, etc.) or ID card as this will be checked.
　*If you are unable to attend the entrance ceremony, a separate certificate will be issued. Check your orientation materials for pick-up instructions.

We are planning to hold the enrollment ceremony as follows.　

Date and Time:	Tuesday, April 7, 2026 Part 1: 10:30 am (Doors open from 10:10 am) 　　　　School of Marine Life Science, 　　　　School of Marine Technology               Advanced Onboard Training Course for Mercantile Marine Part 2: 11:45 am (Doors open from 11:25 am) 　　　　School of Marine Resources and Environment,               Advanced Onboard Training Course for Marine Science and Technology,               Graduate School of Marine Science and Technology
Venue:	Etchujima Hall 2nd floor Auditorium, Etchujima Campus
Program:	Opening remarks National anthem Permission for admission President's address Congratulatory message from honored guest Oath by representatives school song closing remarks

1. The ceremony will be held in two parts.
   Due to the capacity of the auditorium, parents are not allowed to attend in the auditorium.
   Instead, a live streaming monitor will be set up in the Etchujima Campus, so parents can watch the ceremony on a monitor.
2. Faculty and staff may attend in the auditorium, but seating is limited.
