The Super Smart Society Consortium, of which our university is a member, will be holding a forum on smart ocean technology (the 3th Super Smart Society Promotion Forum) on Wednesday, March 19th, entitled "A Super Smart Society Created by the Fusion of Ocean and Technology - A New Challenge for Solving Global Issues." 

　Under the theme of "A super-smart society created by the fusion of ocean and technology - a new challenge to solving global issues," this forum will explore the progress of marine technology with an eye toward a super-smart society and the possibility of its social implementation. Through lectures by experts in various fields, policy issues will be shared and the latest research results and technology examples will be introduced for the observation and management of marine resources, their sustainable use, and the conservation of the global environment. By sharing diverse knowledge, we aim to provide a forum where policymakers, researchers, and companies can obtain guidelines for building concrete initiatives for the future. We hope that this forum will be a major step toward solving global issues and contribute to the realization of a smart ocean.
