[Outline of Awards]
　We participated in the Njord Challenge, an international competition to design and build small autonomous vessels, called Autonomous Surface Vessels (ASVs). During the development process, we applied for a team activity support project from CAE vendor Altair, and received an award from Altair for being the best example of use within the project. Our team consisted of six members from the University of Tokyo (one person), Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (two people), and Osaka Public University (three people). We were responsible for designing and manufacturing the electrical components. Although we placed third in the preliminary safety screening for the actual competition, we were unable to complete the race due to insufficient preparation and other issues. However, our student-led team, which developed the aircraft from scratch and used multiple Altair tools in the process, was highly praised, leading to our award.
