Career design workshop.

On January 25th, Associate Professor Noriko Hattori of the University's Career Support Center held a "Career Design Workshop" at the Shinagawa Campus from a career development perspective. The workshop aimed to help students reaffirm their views on their future career paths, encourage them to take the initiative in their job search, and foster a proactive attitude toward job hunting through an exchange of opinions among students, thereby providing a reference for future career development.
The workshop began with an icebreaker where students introduced themselves, and then explained and exchanged opinions on the goals of understanding what career autonomy is and thinking about one's own career through self-understanding.At the end of the workshop, students summarized their reflections, providing an opportunity to raise awareness.
