The January 6 Joint Seminar was held on January 1th at the Shinagawa Campus, with the aim of allowing project students to learn about the efforts and career histories of researchers conducting research outside of their own research fields, thereby gaining new knowledge, reflecting on their own research methods, and using this knowledge as reference for their future career development. Professor Kazufumi Osako from the University's Food Production Science Department gave a lecture on his current research field, how he got into his career, the content of his research, and its significance.
