　The August 2023 Joint Seminar was held on August 23rd at the Shinagawa Campus, with the aim of project students learning about the efforts of researchers conducting research outside of their own research fields, thereby gaining new knowledge and reflecting on their own research methods. Professor Yutaka Watanabe from the Department of Distribution and Information Engineering at our university was the lecturer for the seminar entitled "Super-interdisciplinary innovation arising from coincidence and knowledge of the ocean:He gave a lecture and held a Q&A session on "Three-dimensional center of gravity detection theory."
