Career path development workshop.

August 20th (Tuesday)A Career Path Development Workshop was held in the Group Study Room on the first floor of the Shinagawa Campus Library, with Associate Professor Hattori from the Career Support Center as the lecturer.
The workshop began with a lecture from Associate Professor Hattori on "What is a Career?" and "Career Paths in Doctoral Programs" (e.g., the type of personnel companies are looking for, thinking about one's own career development, etc.). Based on this, each project student compiled an objective self-analysis on a worksheet on "Career Path Development - Self-Awareness Ability," with the goal of "knowing oneself," which was the theme of the day. At the end, participants made presentations and exchanged opinions based on this analysis. This provided an opportunity for the participating students to broaden their perspective on career paths beyond what they had previously thought, deepen it objectively, and reexamine who they are now and who they want to be in the future.
