Regarding issuance of health examination certificate
Dear Shinagawa Campus students,
Health examination certificates for 2025 can now be issued using automatic certificate issuing machines.
After undergoing the regular health checkup for students in April,Students who are subject to re-examination, students with chronic illnesses, and students who have not responded to the online questionnaire will not be issued a certificate from the automatic issuing machine, so please check at the Health Center.
*If it cannot be issued, the message "Necessary information is insufficient." will be displayed.

Dear Etchujima Campus students,
It is now possible to issue a health certificate for 2025 using an automatic certificate issuing machine.
